Which task validation are you referring to? Currently, you are only passing information. Please provide more details.

maybe you can start with telling us what course have you enrolled - Welcome to ServiceNow, SN Administration Fundamentals (SNAF), SN Platform Implementation (SNPI) or any other?

Then share what was required and what you did to review.. Nobody here remembers everything by heart even we might have passed the course. So please share details - what course, what requirement and what you did.

It might be doing the right steps but under incorrect account (e.g. admin x platform user), or something like that but we cannot see what you did and nor what was expected to do...
