Hi

I have below queries on the capabilities of NowAssist Panel:

  1. The welcome message in NowPanel always shows the default message and prompt. Is this configurable? How to show new prompt/skill name once it is ACTIVE in the default welcome message?
  2. Does NowAssist offers ChatGPT like interaction in the Now Assist panel. Lets say, I opened a record and ask following series of question
    •    -  What are the key services impacted.
    •   - Which changes recently deployed has potentially caused this Incident
  3. Can NowAssist responds to above queries in the context of current Incident record?

Atul: 

Yes, you can modify the messages. These are setup topics, mainly related to greetings, which you can change. Go to Virtual Agent → Designer, then search for setup topics of the LLM type.

Atul: You need to integrated OOTB there is nothing available.

Atul: It depend on the topic and also other configuration
