NowAssist Panel CMDB Error "Sorry, there was a problem on my side trying to complete this request."

Good day,

I’ve encountered the following error message when trying to use all the Skills in the Now Assist Panel:

“Sorry, there was a problem on my side trying to complete this request.”

 

I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists:

  1. Deactivated and reactivated the Now Assist Panel.
  2. Completed the CMDB setup and activated the following:
    • Manage Duplicate CIs
    • CI Summarization
    • Service Graph Connector Diagnosis
  3. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Now Assist CMDB plugin, but the same issue occurred.

All configurations were set up successfully. However, when using the panel and selecting any skill, it still fails to respond properly.

 

Could you please advise on any additional troubleshooting steps or configurations I may need to check?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
