regarding completion of task in servienow.

when i try to do the task, I'm doing it to through "open my instance", and simulator still showing 0%. I tried to find the link in modules, but there isn't any. so I tried through "open my instance". When I completed doing the task it is not validating it is showing validation failed. but I did the correct things. Someone pleas help me out.
