Regarding Webassessor Account.

Now its been 2 weeks since I've been trying to create my webassessor account and link it with my servicenow account. I've already raised 2 cases regarding the same yet I didn't receive any assistance. When I click on save option after entering details for webassessor account (such as email, phone, address) , it logs out and when I try to log in, I shows incorrect credentials. I literally have to book slots for my CSA and CAD exams (Xanadu) before 15th June yet this issue remains unresolved. It's really frustrating to keep on trying to create new accounts yet they don't get linked even after 36 hours.

In this case, the recommended approach is to log a new learning case with the team, and they will guide you through it.
