Hi there, I'm currently completing the lab in the course AI Agents - Configure AI Agents. There's a step in the Lab Guide where I have to create a Search Retrieval tool, which searches Knowledge articles based on their titles and bodies. According to the guide, I should be able to select such fields in the Semantic Indexed Fields section of the tool, however, when I try searching for them, I get "No results found". I have followed all steps thus far, and have not otherwise modified the instance in any way. Any ideas?

Check that the AI Search is functioning in your lab instance. These can sometimes take a while to provision the service, or worse, fail all together.
Go to AI Search > AI Search Status and verify that it is green (active). If it's green, go to AI Search > Preview > Search Preview (legacy or new one), and try a triple wildcard search (***) on one of the Search Sources, like Knowledge. If the wildcard search doesn't present any results, then AI Search is not working in your lab instance and likely needs to be reprovisioned.

Thank you for replying! I have ensured that both the AI Search is active and that the Search Preview returns records, yet the indexed fields are nowhere to be found when configuring the agent tool. Is there anything else I can do?

It's been a while so I cannot remember exactly, but for the version of the app that the K25 lab runs on (Now Assist AI Agents 3.0.0?), you might not actually need the indexed fields and can proceed without it.
If that doesn't work, you might need to request provision of a new lab instance.
