Make Now Assist Panel Available by Default in ServiceNow Sidebar

I want to make Now Assist panel in the sidebar to be available by default to all the users for all pages in ServiceNow instance.

If I open any page like incident form, incident list view, dashboard etc then Now Assist panel should be available by default in the sidebar.

Hi @Sameeksha M

I think “Pin Up” is the only option, as it is based on user preferences. I doubt there’s another setting, or we might need to find the proper preference where this has been configured.

I pinned this up, and I can now see it in the user preferences as well.

Hi @Sameeksha M

I don’t think it is possible in this case. It currently works on specific skills and may be mapped with specific tables only, so it works as of now on dedicated pages only.
