Hello, I am currently in the Implementation Specialist course for ITSM. I have a task to download an XML project plan from Now Create Portal. But when I login to my now create, the landing page is different from that of the instructions. please how can I fix this?

Best practice alone doesn’t always lead to the best results, so hands-on experience is essential. You won’t always get exact steps like those in the PDF, so be prepared to follow new paths and explore solutions as you go.
