Before engaging with the client, take some time to clearly think through your use cases. Identify whether the requirement is internal or customer-driven. If it is a customer requirement, it becomes easier to justify and position your solution.
Based on the identified use cases, evaluate which AI or ML solution would be the best fit. For example, you can consider AI tools like Agentic AI or Now Assist, or ML-based options like Predictive Intelligence, depending on what you’ve learned from the ServiceNow learning platform.
Also, keep in mind that all AI solutions involve costs. If possible, prepare and present a demo aligned with the use case, and ensure you get client approval for the associated costs before proceeding.
