Step by Step plan for learning ServiceNow AI

I know it's already late but I would like to know the step by step path that i can take to learn the AI stuff related to ServiceNow. Right now there are so many things and i am not sure from where should i start.

As a ServiceNow veteran, I'm happy to share my thoughts on this.

I assume you already have some knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. If that's the case, starting the AI learning path will be much easier. However, if you are new to ServiceNow, I would strongly recommend beginning with the CSA (Certified System Administrator) training course.

The CSA course provides a solid foundation by introducing ServiceNow terminology, platform architecture, core functionalities, and many other essential concepts. Having this knowledge will make it much easier to understand and work with AI capabilities on the platform.

Based on my assumption that you are new to AI, I would suggest first spending some time learning the fundamentals of AI. Read a few introductory blogs or watch beginner-friendly videos to understand what AI is, along with common terms and concepts. This foundational knowledge will be very helpful when you start exploring AI in greater depth.

Once you have a basic understanding of both ServiceNow and AI fundamentals, you can take advantage of the various AI-related courses available on Now Learning. These courses provide hands-on experience and will help you build practical skills while learning how AI capabilities are implemented within the ServiceNow platform.
