try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login
If that doesn't solve then did you upgrade recently and this started coming after upgrade?
if yes then raise a case with ServiceNow

- Type cache.do in the Application Navigator search bar. Press Enter, log out of your instance, and log back in using Incognito/Private window and check
- Ensure all core Now Assist plugins are fully active. No dependent plugin is showing not installed
- If the page remains stuck or blank, you may need to repair the com.glide.cs.genai plugin
