Triage cases use case in agentic ai workflows

Hello  Everyone , Currently I am trying to test the OOTB triage use case in agentic ai studio it displaying message like the picture below

 even record is available it showing record not found ,It is in Xanadu version ,is the problem is with version ?or any other problem it may be can anyone help me with this

It's a version issue, once you upgrade to the latest version, it works.
