Unable to annotate entity in Virtual Agent Simulator – NLU service not available

Hi Team, I am also facing the same issue in the "Create Entities" task. I am unable to annotate the entity in the utterance because the NLU service is not available. Even after selecting the word "Internet", the entity is not getting applied or saved. Requesting assistance or manual validation. Thanks.
