Unable to change background color in Enhanced Chat (Now Assist)

Hi Team,

I’m working with Enhanced Chat (Now Assist) and I want to update the background color of the chat panel. I tried applying custom CSS, but it doesn’t seem to have any effect.

Currently we are in Xanadu version and in chat background we have icons like New chat ,support but its visible only when we hover on the icon.

go to Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Branding > (select your Assistant) and there you can do the whole branding:
