I am aiming to implement a seamless 'Action-First' experience for IT Service Catalog requests. When a user types a prompt like 'I want to order a new laptop', I want Now Assist to trigger the fulfillment process immediately.
I am seeking clarification on whether this is a native (OOB) capability and where the administration is located. Is this logic governed by the Request catalog item (LLM) Wrapper Topic, and how can I ensure that this fulfillment path is prioritized over informational AI Search results?
