Was working with the agent to agent plugins

I was working with the agent to agent plugin provided by the ServiceNow.

Now Assist AI agent EA lab

App id: sn_aia_ea_lab

But even after installing i don't seem to find how to actually use it to leverage my use case for connecting to the external agent. Where can i actually use its functionality and add it to the agent.

Understand that this use case is more exploratory. You’ve activated the plugin but aren’t sure how to use it. It’s better to see what has been implemented and where it can be used. The agent is mainly intended for use on third-party side.

Yes, i know it needs external setup. Still was not able to find actually how to start with it. Like there are some scripts include and just that

I’m not 100% sure, but yes, it seems like an integration and it might be helpful. Also, include your ServiceNow account manager to explore more use cases.
