Change request summarization and risk now assist features in CSM

Hi everyone,
I have enabled the out-of-the-box Now Assist features for ITSM Change Summarization and Change Risk. I’d like to know if there’s a way to implement these features in the Customer Service Workspace? Thanks.

What do you mean you want it in CSM Workspace? To use on ITSM tickets or CSM Cases?

Hi @Dhana Lakshmi K could you please let me know how you enabled the Change request summarization. 
I have activated it but not able to see Now AI assit in the Change record to summarize it.
