Now Assist Panel is not displayed in my Client Dev Instance, it is enabled in the system

Hi @PrashantK270430 ,

You can follow the below steps:

  1. In the filter navigator, go to Conversational Interfaces -> Assistances
  2. In the row for "Now Assist in Virtual Agent (default)" click on the 3 vertical dots and select "Turn on/off"

If you still don't see, repair the plugin and try again.

Hi @PrashantK270430,

Please validate that the Panel is turned on from Now Assist Admin Settings.
Follow the steps below to validate
1. In "All" Navigator search for "Experiences" under "Now Assist Admin" 
2.  Validate that Panel is Turned On.

its enabled but now assist panel not displaying

Hi @PrashantK270430 ,

Do you have now.assist.creator role?

Have looked at the link i shared and tried repairing the plugin?
