SLA on table inherited from CASE

Hello Everyone,

Good day!!

I have created a table which is inherited from CASE. and i have created a record producer to create record.

When im trying to create SLA on this table, im not able to locate VARIABLE in the sla definition filter. 

I want to create SLA based on the variables in the record producer.

Hello,

1) Show Related Fields will present entries that can be used but if you are looking for variables they may already be there if you see the "Questions" entry.
2) Pick "Questions"
3) It then wants you to pick the specific record producer and then the variable. From there you can choose the value for that variable which may be from the dropdown, reference lookup, etc. It depends on what type of variable it relates to.
