How to enable now assist for Agent workspace?

We have a requirement, where the customer wants to use now assist for Agent workspace. 

Use Case :- We have plugins installed for Now assist and Now assist is enabled for SOW(service operation workspace) but need to enable now Assist for Agent workspace.

Are you talking about the older Agent workspace?

I believe the older agent workspace may not fully operate with Now Assist.

ServiceNow recommends moving towards SOW from older workspace to take full advantage of Now Assist.
