Adding new sections for the Incident Summarization skill

Hi,

Does anyone know how we are able to add new sections for the Incident Summarization skill or any of the other skills?

I am unable to see an option on the Now Assist Skill kit when I update the prompt. Do you need to hardcode the sections on the prompt?

To add new sections dynamically:

1. Go to the “Choose input” step in your skill configuration.
2. Select the relevant fields that correspond to the section you want to include.
• For example:
• To enable SLAs, select fields like SLA, SLA breach, SLA duration.
• For Child Incidents, select Child Incident Count, Child Incident List, etc.
3. Return to the Prompt step, and the new section should now appear in the dropdown.
