Agentic Ai voice Authentication problem

I’m facing an issue in Assistant Designer authentication configuration for the Voice type. In the Primary Method field, the dropdown is showing “No list records” and no values are appearing there.

Could you please let me know how we can populate or retrieve values for this field? Any guidance or suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Actually, I was looking for authentication config in voice VA .  How you done that?   
here in the image we can see we have no record in primary method.
