Changing the sparkle text for a Now Assist generated response

Hello! We're working on implementation for our first component of GenAI on our service portal. We are using the Multi-content genius response result, if that matters. When a response is generated, the sparkle text says "Answer generated by Now Assist". I would like to change the phrase to something that better explains that it is an AI generated response, rather than "Now Assist", which won't make sense to our end users.

We are on Zurich, with Now Assist for ITSM.

We have validated this with our internal team to see if there is any possible way of changing the words "Answers Generated by Now Assist" but we found out that this is hardcoded and cannot be edited or removed through standard configuration. 

You May work with ServiceNow Support for some Small Patch/Updates for your Use Case.

Where the heck did you find that KB...I searched a million ways to Sunday and did not come across that. However, I will put a ticket in to Support as you suggested in case they can do it for us or something.  Thank you very much for the reply.
