AI agent is not working

I have created a AI agent , that is working fine in the first instance , while moving it to the second instance , it is working fine , while I testing it inside the ai agent , when I am trying to access it in the ESC portal Now Assist , it shows you don't have access, I have attached the screen shots below , In the data access , it has snc_internal role as same in the instances.
Help me solve this issue .

Resolution

1. Create a new AI user with a valid user ID.
2. Assign the required roles (e.g., admin and sn_aia_admin) to the new AI user.
3. Configure the Define data access setting in the AI Agent to use the new AI user with the valid user ID and assigned roles.
4. Verify that the AI Agent operates successfully with the new configuration.
