AI Agent Studio is Not Accessible

Hi All,

I have installed the Now Assist AI Agents plugin and also have the sn_aia.admin role. However, I still don’t have permission to access the AI Agent Studio.

 

Is there anything else I need to do beyond the steps mentioned above?

Still I can't access the AI Agent Studio.

If repairing the AI Agent related plugins doesn't resolve the issue, I recommend checking whether the Gen AI Controller plugin is up to date.

In some cases, especially if you were previously on Xanadu and have recently upgraded to Yokohama, the Gen AI Controller plugin might remain on an older version. This happens because it doesn't automatically upgrade during the Yokohama upgrade, as it requires a valid Gen AI license.

To fix this, reach out to your ServiceNow account manager to validate your license and request an upgrade of the Gen AI Controller plugin. Once that's done, you should gain access to AI Agent Studio.
