Analyze the summaries and notes generated by now assist for correctness and acceptance by agent

We need to analyse the summaries and resolution notes which are generated by now assist for correctness and whether the notes generated by the user used the generated notes as is or made any changes to the generated notes. Similar for incident summary generated.

As far as I can tell, the input-response pairs are not a customer accessible log at the moment. I'd assume this is done for a host of privacy/security reasons.
Couple options I've run across:

  • You can get acceptance and feedback metrics within the Now Assist Admin console in the Analytics | Skill Performance | Skill Details
  • There seems to be some capability w/in the Now Assist Data Kit that 'might' help you do some evaluation. I say might since I havent personally tried this but seems plausible. Take a look at this video on Data Kit, the relevant section starts around 15-16min in.
