AI Agent Studio is Not Accessible

Hi All,
I have installed the Now Assist AI Agents plugin and also have the sn_aia.admin role. However, I still don’t have permission to access the AI Agent Studio.
Is there anything else I need to do beyond the steps mentioned above?

Yes, the Gen AI Controller Plugin is Up to date only.

Hi,
Install one of the "Now Assist for x" applications. For example, Now Assist for Security Incident Response (SIR). When it is finished, log out, get a coffee, and return in a bit; it should now work for you. 😎

Are you not able to view application "AI Agent Studio" in application navigator OR when you click on AI Agent studio then you have access issues?

Maybe if you can tell us the version/patch you are on it might help (e.g. Yokohama Patch 3). The version you show on the controller seems a full version behind current (9 vs 10). Here's the requirements on AI Agents:
- You must have installed a Now Assist application that has been upgraded for the Yokohama Patch 3 or Xanadu Patch 9 release.
- Your instance should be on Yokohama Patch 3+, or Xanadu Patch 9+.
So in addition to checking that you have the most recent version of the controller maybe check on your other Now Assist plugins (e.g. Now Assist for ITSM). I'd think installing the AI Agent plugin would force those as part of the install.
Also sounds like you got the agents plugin to install but are getting a permissions error when trying to load it? Any specific messaging?
