AI Agent testing, stuck without output. Agent is not working either.

Any ideas? all plug-ins are up to date and instance is on the latest patch of Yoko

Most of th3ese AI agents gets stuck or stalled either your AI agent build was not applied with right input or expected outcome was not configured properly. Have you checked the log - AI agent decision log ? are you seeing any logs? it gives you clear picture, where it got stucked? if this is not showing anything or you are not sure, try closing this and check on the OOB skill or agent, if this works, mostly your Ai agent are working . try with easy skill and see how it works. if nothing works, upgrade the new patch 5 in Yokohama

It doesn't look like Now Assist Panel is activated in your instance. Try this:

 

  • Now Assist Admin > Experiences > Now Assist panel > turn on
  • Conversational Interfaces > Assistants > enable Now Assist Panel – Platform (default)
