AI Agent that is visible only for maint role

Hello all,

 

I see that there is an AI Agent visible only for those with 'maint' role. The SysID of the AI Agent is '722082f2ffd02210d84cffffffffff23'. Please let me know if anyone knows what this AI Agent is and what it does.

@PraveenkumaM , This AI agent being visible to users with 'maint' role indicates a possibility that it is a custom or restricted AI Agent configured for maintenance related tasks. If its not on the PDI, you may want to consult with your system admin to find out more about it.

 

Hopefully this answers your query the best as I do not see this AI agent in global.

If its only 'maint' restricted then its for ServiceNow Internal purpose only and anyone will not be able to provide that information on community.

Thanks for your responses. While the Virtual agent uses the description to identify the right agent to handle the user's query, I would like to understand all the available agents that VA can use so to have a complete understanding of the Agent discovery in the instance.

 

I suspect it could be the 'Search Q&A Agent' but I am not sure. VA is picking up this agent while I am not expecting it to but I could not find this agent in the list of agents.
