Hi all,

I need few use cases with solutions (procedure) on Agent AI.

I'm not finding any product documents or you tube videos for implementing.

If someone could guide on this it would be helpful.

Thanks for reaching out and asking for help with Use cases on AI agents. 

As said by @anubhavkapoor76 - you don't get use case at one place or one set of use case will fit for you .

 but for use cases or any use full references , it would be really helpful if you could provide more context where you are planning to use or intended to use Agent AI.  Use case and solution are really varies or depends on the problem you are trying to solve.  for example, we cannot recommend a car, without knowing where are you going to commute or which type of road you are going to drive. For instance, Common examples of agent AI use cases you can start from Customer support - Virtual agent or Sentiment analysis or internal operation.  i would say that you should answer this questions below to choose right use cases.

1. What kind of problem are agent AI going to solve?

2. Is this can be done through any other feature and functionality within servicenow apart form Agent AI ?

3. Which persona you are planning to help with Agent AI? end user or agent or developers?

anyway, leaving you to think, i see some slide recently for out of box AI agents. Kindly refer.
