Assistant provider as Genesys

Dear all,

I am trying to test Voice agent integration and plan to evaluate what this Genesys can do.

It seems to be a real nightmare to get a simple trial access to the platform and use the Voice agent part as a simple phone call we can reach for assistant integration.

 

Di you experiment the same trouble or how to did you manage to get access to it ?

The platform is snot a self service module access and when you request info you are immediately catch my an Account manager. This is not really my approach as an evaluation process

@User687957  read your Post not able to catch the end goal or Use case.

 

Can you put your use case in Terms of Text Flow so that community users can help or give Inputs?

What do you mean by "Terms of Text Flow" ?

Its Like 

 

User called--->call landed on genesys Voice System--->Agent Picked the call--> Issue Resolved on Calls itself  

 

Something like this.

I think my post was not clear enought if you ask this.
My main concern is that I am not abl to get a single trial account with this company and was wondering how other did you manage
