Automated tests fail submitting form since we installed Now Assist on ITSM

Hello,

 

All my automated tests using "Submit a form" action fail since we installed Now Assist.

I found out the actions "Submit" and "Save" are differents from the standard, ie. before the Now Assist features are not installed.

 

Is there a way to make them work again without changing steps?

Hi @loicthery 

ATF can be used for standard forms and workspaces, but it's not compatible with Now Assist as of now. You can use Now Assist to write test cases, but you can't test them via ATF.

Hi @loicthery could you open a case so we can triage this. This looks like a one-off situation, could you share the case number directly with me so I can follow-up.

I'll make sure to update this thread on our findings but at the moment, we do not have any reported issue related to this.
