Chat reply recommendation stays in draft

Hi,

i installed all necessary plugins and they are all updated but for some reason the Chat reply recommendation stays in Draft: 

in ran trough all the steps of the Chat reply recommendation but it doesnt change to Active.

any ideas ?

Hi @jean-pauldehaas,

maybe a silly question, but the screenshot you shared has clickable button "Activate skill" which makes it look like it was not yet activated... if you click it, what happens?

If nothing happens, consider repairing the plugin (navigate to plugins, search it and there's Repair plugin button) and/or create a Case for ServiceNow team for assistance if you have the access to it:

Hi @GlideFather yeah i know usually when you go trough all the the pages at the end you get save and activate, but i only get save and Done so yes i tried that 🙂

i also repaired the plugins as i mentioned above, so now i have created a support case

@jean-pauldehaas i didn't want to make you feel bad or anything... but had to try to ask it as well ahahaha! ;))

I believe that creating a support case is the best thing for now. Good luck and let's hope it will be soon resolved!
