We have been using the OOB Email recommendation skills for Case and INC and those work fine in SOW. We now want to extend that capability to RITMs too. Unfortunately, the OOB skills can't be copied, so need to make it from scratch.
In SOW, where you can write emails and send them, what is that body field? See picture. Have tried to set the Context menu to sys_email, sys_email_draft tables but they don't appear in SOW for this field. In OOB skills, they work fine. What is this field, where it is?
