Hi Sujeet -
Recently I tried to explore this cost and license consumption behind Now assist. Can you tell me which feature in Now assist you are looking for . i can explain this for you?
For example - Now assist license consumption based on the Assist usage on use cases. Ex: incident summarization uses 1 assist whereas App creation uses 20 Assist.
If you are org is using ServiceNow Pro/Enterprise license, you are good candidate for upgrade your ServiceNow platform license to Pro plus/ Enterprise Plus.
Additionally, ServiceNow offers a AI Starter Pack, (if you not having any newly adopting AI for first time). this is Easy entry point. AI starter Pack comes with 25 ITSM Pro plus user with 6000 Assist per user ( 150K assists in total) , if you consume this 150 K assist in 6 months, you will get an additional 500 K assist. I have a cost but it is unable to share here.
Regards,
Paul
