Hello Community,
We are attempting to execute the out‑of‑the‑box Software Asset Management AI Agentic workflow, as described in the ServiceNow documentation titled “Evaluate software removal candidate Agentic workflow.”
According to the documentation, this workflow can be triggered from the following locations in the SAM Workspace:
1. Suggestions section within the Removal Candidates box in the Activity Center
2. License Usage → Publishers → Removal Candidates tab → Evaluate removal candidates
However, in our instance, the “Evaluate removal candidates” option is not visible in any of the above locations.
Instead, we only see the “Software Reclamation Rule – Agentic workflow” option. The Evaluate software removal candidate option is missing.
For additional context:
We have already created multiple software reclamation rules using the Agentic workflow.
We have verified that the out‑of‑the‑box Agentic workflows are activated.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Are there any specific prerequisites, plugins, roles, entitlements, or configuration steps required to make the Evaluate software removal candidate Agentic workflow available in the SAM Workspace?
