Failed to check-on the include email in resolution notes generation skill in No assist for HRSD

There is an "Include email" checkbox in the View Input section of the Resolution Notes Generation skill.
We’re trying to enable it, but since the skill can’t be copied, we’re unable to make any updates.
Has anyone else encountered this issue before? If so, how did you resolve it?

Hi Binnie,

#1 Try to update the Now Assist for HRSD plugin and GenAI Controller plugin to latest.
#2 Go to sn_nowassist_skill_config table and check "is_template" field is set to true for the Resolution Generation Notes Skill.
