Generate a KB in Now Assist is not working for incident

Hi all,

I have issue with my Now Assist in panel search that when I open a incident and try to create a KB from that resolved or closed incident it give me error in panel like " Sorry there was a problem on my side trying to complete this request. try asking again later". Could some please assist ,me how to resolve this issue.

You can try to repair or upgrade the Generative AI Controller plugin

Already done this but still the same issue the version is 10.0.8

Hi @ShantalaJ,

 

It can hallucinate so you can try after sometime and see if it generates.

Hi @Ehab Pilloor ,

Yesterday I repaired the plugin and checked this morning but still the issue is same even I repaired the same plugin this morning also but no clue to resolve it.
