Can you take XML of that incident, import to lower instance and try using Now Assist there to see if it is working properly or not?

By Low you mean dev? And if so already did that in fact in QA is working fine. I just updated my plugins in dev yesterday cause that was not working properly thought that might fix the issue.

Like what should I do next so that it start working in dev. In dev its working fine all the functionality working for this skill leaving this when I open incident and navigate to now assist panel to generate the KB its shows that error.

Hi @ShantalaJ ,
Let's do in that way. Open your incident record in Native UI or SOW and click on Now Assist Panel icon.
Select skill create Article and provide the incident number which one is opened either SOW or native UI.
Please try this approach.
Please mark helpful and correct answer if it's worthy for you.
