Generate KB on Now Assist Panel Not Working

We have enabled Now Assist Skills, specifically Now Assist for Knowledge Management (KM).

The functionality is working as expected in the Workspace and is also successfully triggering from the ESC portal.

However, the topic is not getting triggered from the Now Assist panel.
We have already:

  • Promoted the topic

  • Enabled Now Assist on the topic

  • Verified that the skill is active and functional in other channels

Despite this, the topic does not appear or trigger from the Now Assist panel.

Has anyone encountered this behavior before?
Are there any additional configurations, eligibility checks, or limitations specific to the Now Assist panel that we should review?
