Get Incidents GAF data is complaining there is no any cluster

I am working on implementing 'Analyze incident trends' agentic workflow and running into this error/message:
Get Incidents GAF data
Inputs
Output Fields : No clustered data found.
 
Task or prompt I am using is : Identify top 2 recurring incident issues in the last 14 days based on similar short descriptions.
 
Has anyone used this workflow? How to debug this issue for GAF cluster? Kindly guide.

Not an answer, but sharing that I have a similar issue with the Duplicate Knowledge Article Skill. I have had a case open with Support for over a month. They make small suggestions, such as making sure all the plug-ins are updated, including one specifically for the GAF functions, but still, nothing is working for me. I get the same 70% progress and then failure. They do not update the case very often, citing that the Now Assist support is spread amongst multiple teams.

They said to update all plug-ins related to Now Assist - including the Admin Console and the Group-Action Framework [sn_gaf] plug-in.

Other than that, they wanted us to deactivate the skill and reactivate it to attempt to build the Now Assist Skill Confg Var Set that they say is necessary. I asked for more documentation on how the Var Set is configured, but did not get directions.

It might be a good idea to open your own Case with Support, as your issue might be different since you are using a different Skill.
