Help to create own instance to hands-on practice | AI Agents Essencials

I’ve enrolled in the AI Agents Essentials (2025 Q2 Store Release) course, but I don’t currently have a dedicated instance available for hands-on practice. I only have access to a dev instance, which has limited applications enabled.

Could you please advise on how I can proceed or assist me in obtaining the necessary access?

usage of AI capabilities are limited for demo/learning purposes due to its operational costs and overall complexity. Thus - as you said - it's not possible to have it running on your PDI.

 

Only chance is to be directly on a client project that is delivering this or the AI classes at the SN University.

 

If you want to play around in your PDI, you can use Build agent which is ServiceNow's vibe coding feature. Navigate to:

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#! 

and write your prompt, it can be both super simple as well as super complex, you decide! :)) just use it wisely, you only have 10 prompts per month per PDI, if you exhaust it you might need to wait or release and request a new PDI... for inspiration search for the #BuildWithBuildAgent and you will see hundreds of examples.
