How can we call genius result from flow designer.

We’re working on a requirement where we need to retrieve the Now Assist Genius response within a Flow Designer flow. We tried using the AI Search action, but it returns a raw JSON payload instead of the formatted Genius response. We also attempted to create a custom skill to parse and format the JSON, but we haven’t been able to replicate the same output and formatting that Genius provides.
Has anyone successfully retrieved the formatted Genius response within a flow, or is there a supported API or action that returns the same output shown in the Genius experience? Any guidance or recommended approach would be greatly appreciated.

The formatting etc. for AI Search Genius results are compiled and controlled directly in the AI Search Genius Results widget. Take a look there at the Body HTML template, scripts etc. We considered this but the amount of customization and rework to use this functionality meant we did not pursue it further.
