How to apply company branding/template on email recommendation Now Assist skill

I would like to add a template/branding of the email recommendation that is inserted when you click replace, currently it clears the existing template branding and if I apply the template after inserting it clears the already existing text.

 

Note: I don't want to manual copy and paste the generated email recomandation

Hi @ThandileS 

Out of the box, this is not possible or easy to achieve. You would need to build a kind of lookup table, and from there, retrieve the data. This would involve significant customization and create technical debt.
