@kamali In VA if you have used Deflection Block in Topic, It Creates and Entry in Deflection Table.
It shows number of deflection occurrences measured by the execution count of the Deflection topic block. A deflection occurs when Virtual Agent resolves or helps to resolve an issue for a user . This data is fetched from following table "ssa_deflection_metric"
Deflection Pattern
it shows number of deflections per deflection patterns. Data coming from table name "ssa_deflection_metric" .
