How to configure Announcements in Now Mobile?

Hi All, 

I've been looking around and could not find a clear answer on how to Configure Announcement in NOW Mobile. I am new to Now Mobile and still learning where everything is configured. Is there an OOB way to add an Announcement Or do I have to create a new custom Launcher section on the Homepage screen?
