How to create a new Associated Intents

Dear all,

 

As a practice I have created a new Topic "OUtlook Application" in Service Now to be used with Virtual agent

 

1- First when I add Static choice to the flow I get information :  "Static Choice is not supported on: AI Agent Background, AI Agent A2A Channel , any thing to do ?

2- Second I have a field to select NLU Model , what should I select here for using in portal ?

3- Then I have to select a Associated Intent for the model, is it a fix list or can I add mine ? if I can add mine from where should I do it ?

You will need to link the VA Topic to an NLU Model and Intent, otherwise it will only use keywords defined in the VA Topic to trigger the topic. You can either use the OOB NLU models or create your own NLU Model. We recommend to create your own NLU Model and to import the intents from the OOB NLU Models , so that you can make changes to NLU, as the OOB Models are read-only. I suggest you review the Virtual Agent Academy videos on YouTube on how to implement NLU with VA. Here is a good starting video

It is not clear if you are using LLM or NLU Topics. I suggest you review our documentation on Getting started with Virtual Agent Designer and all the sub-topics that cover both LLM and NLU Topics, and how to configure them.

hello @Brian Bakker thnaks for your reply.
On my learing instance, it comes automaticaly configure with NLU and Keywords when I check the configuration of topics.

After looking some video, normally when you start to type in the keywords you have configure, it should automatically shows the configured topic which not happening.

But when I click on the buton show topics, I can see my outlook topic displayed
