How to Edit a custom skill after saving its prompt.

I was trying creating a custom skill from now assist skill kit. Once i have saved the prompt its not letting me allow to edit and its just skill is showing in draft state. Could you please let me know how to edit it?

Is there a way to delete the cloned prompt?

  • You cannot directly delete a Now Assist Skill, but you can disable (deactivate) it if you have admin privileges.

  • To disable a Now Assist Skill:

    • Navigate to Admin > Now Assist Admin.

    • Go to the Now Assist Skills tab and select the skill you want to manage.

    • Select "Deactivate skill" to disable it for all users. You will be prompted to confirm the deactivation.

  • You can also edit the configuration of a Now Assist skill, including its triggers and display location, but deletion is not available; deactivation is the recommended approach.
