Dear all,
I have made a custom skil which simply check for incomplete qualification incident when category is not filled up correctly.
The prompt is updating the category and Subcategory of the incident filter based on summary and description
As a test I was trying to understand how the Test and Evaluate tab work by providing my dataset based on incident tables filter
This based on follwoing configuration for dataset
Based on this configuration I have few question for the Mappings section :
Q1 : Does the incident mapping is correct to be mapped to Sys_id ?
Q2 : As for the Golden response, what should it be because based on the incident descritpion category can be different ?
As a test as it is when I run the test , I get following results
As you can see all measure are return 0% so I do not know really how do I interpreted this.
Does my mapping is wrong ?
