Hello Devs,
We are preparing to configure Now Assist in our instance and would like to understand the process for moving these configurations to the Test and Production environments.
Should this follow the standard approach—using either scoped application releases or update sets—or is there a different recommended method for Now Assist configurations?
Thank you very much in advance for answering.

there is no special approach to migrate
use standard update set approach of migration
-> ensure you are in correct scope and create update set in that
-> capture your changes and migrate this update set
Note: ensure that Now Assist Scope is available in next instance

Hi @tidert_24
Nothing much to worry about. Follow the same update-set approach and move the configuration from Dev to Test. While moving, please check that both instances have the same version and patch installed; otherwise, you might encounter issues during the commit or migration
